#1. Location. Previous to Metal Supermarkets, I had to travel a minimum of 20 miles to purchase metal supplies. Now I go 2 miles.

#2. Michelle and Doug are a “great team”. So refreshing is their “American Attitude” where the needs of the customer are the priority. As I have aged, I notice a complete disdain by younger people and no respect for anyone outside their age-culture. At Metal Supermarkets, the majority of the customers are also aged and we feel very comfortable at the store.

#3. THE DOOR: At most businesses these days, there is a “line of death” that says, you can’t go beyond this point. At Metal Supermarkets, you are welcome to go into the shop and look through the scrap bin for a remnant that might fit your needs. THIS IS HUGE. The only time customers need to stay in the reception area is when machining is being done (metal shear, band saw, etc.). Otherwise you are treated like an adult. Kudos to Metal Supermarkets.
