In a day and age where the normal response is “sorry, but it doesn’t look like we have anything that will work” these guys went above and beyond to MAKE something work. Daniel at the order desk put up with my monthly phone calls and was always honest as to the status of my shipment. When my order finally did arrive, is when the dividends of my decision to buy from Metal Supermarkets paid off. Due to personal health issues I was unable to pick it up. The manager (whose name escapes me at this time) stepped up and made sure it was delivered. Apparently no order is to small for this company because the size of mine proved that. Easy to order from and they have a lot of product on hand. the only issue i have encountered happened the first time i ordered. i ordered on Thursday or Friday, they did not have the metal but said it would be ready for pickup Tuesday. i waited to call until late in the afternoon to call to ensure it was ready. they said they had what i ordered but it may take a couple days to cut it. when i told them i was on a tight schedule, they got it cut and ready for me shortly after that.
