There are several things. First, the people are great – very helpful and knowledgeable. Second, I can buy what I need rather than minimum purchase volumes. Third, MetalSupermarkets cuts to my specifications. Finally, if the sizes I need are not in stock, they can get them for me almost overnight. They are a great benefit and fulfill a huge need in the market place.
